We accept returns or exchanges for certain items damaged in transit, or if the incorrect item was shipped by for me.
Exchanges for Damaged Products
To be eligible for an exchange, you must first email us within 5 days of receiving your product at forme.planners@gmail.com to alert us of the damage, if the item qualifies for an exchange, then you must return the damaged product to us. Upon receipt of the damaged product, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
